The list below mixes funds with offices in Kyiv, Lviv, and Warsaw with diaspora-led vehicles operating from Berlin, London, and the US. Stage focus runs from pre-seed angels to growth-stage. Where a fund declined to disclose a recent deal we’ve left the row blank rather than guess.
Methodology note. Inclusion criteria: at least one disclosed Ukrainian-founder round in the last 12 months, OR a public commitment of dry powder earmarked for Ukrainian deals. Funds with mandate ambiguity (e.g. CEE-wide funds with no Ukrainian deal in 18+ months) are excluded.
